بررسی رابطه پروتوانکوژن her۲ با فاکتورهای پروگنوستیک سرطان پستان

سرطان پستان شایع ترین سرطان زنان در ایران و جهان و دومین علت مرگ بدلیل بدخیمی های پس از سرطان ریه است . در این نوع سرطان ، پیش آگهی و انتخاب نوع درمان بستگی به عوامل متعددی از جمله درگیری عقده های لنفاوی زیر بغل ، گیرنده استروژن و گیرنده پروژسترون دارد . از جمله فاکتورهای طرح در پیش آگهی ، جهش در ژن her2 است . در این مطالعه ارتباط بین گیرنده های استروژن - پروژسترون و پروتوانکوژن her2 با درگیری عقده های لنفاوی زیر بغل در سرطان پستان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت .
